SEAOTTER is on Google Cloud Marketplace
Buy managed Hermes on Google Cloud Marketplace. Google bills the SEAOTTER plan. Partners start with an email, not a portal.
SEAOTTER is on Google Cloud Marketplace. If your company already buys software through Google, you can buy the Agent plan there. Google bills it. You still get managed Hermes: an isolated agent, no VPS, no SSH.
The public page is /googlecloud. That is the leave-behind. The listing itself lives in the Google Cloud console.
What you are buying
The public plan is one agent. It runs in its own Google Kubernetes Engine Autopilot namespace, in us-central1. Compute, data, and secrets stay on Google Cloud.
What the plan includes:
- Isolation — one agent, 1 CPU, 4Gi RAM, 8Gi disk.
- Secrets — integration keys live in Secret Manager. Do not paste them into chat.
- Backups — every 6 hours.
- Connect — MCP from Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
- Operate — create, pause, restart, and restore without SSH.
Hermes stays Hermes. SEAOTTER is the control plane. The longer version of that split is Why managed Hermes.
How Google bills it
The listing has a 7-day trial. It covers up to USD 50 of SEAOTTER fees, or 7 days, whichever comes first. Google bills those fees and credits them during the trial. Infrastructure usage is still billed. One agent.
After the cap, the plan is USD 99 per month, unless you cancel. There is no usage fee on the SEAOTTER plan. It renews every month. Cancel by disabling auto-renewal.
Marketplace customers use Vertex AI / Gemini by default, billed in your own GCP project. You can also bring other model keys. The SEAOTTER fee and the model bill are not one invoice, and this is not a commit drawdown.
