Resilienz

SEAOTTER ist Single-Region (Google Cloud us-central1). API, Datenbank und alle Tenant-Agenten teilen diese Region. Ein Regionalausfall legt Control Plane und Tenants gemeinsam um. Es gibt kein automatisiertes Cross-Region-Failover.

Backups in derselben Region decken die Control-Plane-Datenbank (PITR) und PVC-Snapshots pro Agent ab (Plan-RPO bis 6h / 1h). Trust.
