Resilience

SeaOtter is single-region (Google Cloud us-central1). The API, database, and all tenant agents share that region. A regional outage takes the control plane and tenants down together — there is no automated cross-region failover.

Same-region backups cover the control-plane database (PITR) and per-agent PVC snapshots (plan RPO up to 6h / 1h). Details and near-term manual DR plans: Trust.

DNS: status.seaotter.dev CNAME → Vercel (same pattern as apex). Details in OBSERVABILITY.md.
