Resilience

SEAOTTER is single-region (Google Cloud us-central1). The API, database, and all tenant agents share that region. A regional outage takes the control plane and tenants down together. There is no automated cross-region failover.

Same-region backups cover the control-plane database (PITR) and per-agent PVC snapshots (plan RPO up to 6h / 1h). Trust.
